Throughout her life, she searched for her style, but she knew for sure that it would be art dedicated to women and the female perspective on the world. She received a secondary art education at an art school (1997-2001) and architectural education (2003-2008). She has several years of experience in fashion illustration and commissioned paintings. At the age of 30, she moved from her native country to Turkey, which gave a powerful impetus to changing her style in creativity. Turkish spices on a Slavic base provide endless twists of inspiration and creativity in the search for her path, to which you are invited to join.

Artist Statement

Through years of experience as an artist in emigration and as a woman artist, I’ve discovered that my art has become more than just an expression of my inner world—it has evolved into an impressive tool for shedding light on the fragility and destruction that surround us in this world. Each of my paintings is a profound narrative that invites the viewer on a journey within themselves. Beneath the surface of the charming semi-childlike faces they see, lie pain and fears that resonate with our collective human experience. Upon closer inspection, the delightful details reveal themselves as symbols of our time and Easter eggs to understanding it. My work is intended to evoke emotions, provoke thoughts, and ultimately inspire action. In creating my art, I strive to shape a safe feminist world where everyone can find refuge from the devastating reality.

My paintings not only serve as sources of beauty and curiosity but also as platforms for discussing current social and political issues. It’s a space where women and their visions of the world are recognized and respected. To achieve these goals, I employ various techniques and materials. Digital methods, acrylic paints, and sculpture—all these are tools that help me convey the bright colors of hope and the inner strength of a flower inside a seed. My LOW BROW ART works not only captivate attention with their aesthetic appeal but also prompt reflection on the profound meanings and messages embedded within them.

My aims in art are clear: I aspire not only to create beautiful works but also for them to have an impact on society, inspire change, and draw attention to important issues. I want my works to spark discussions and debates, becoming a voice for those seeking truth, beauty, and transformation in this tumultuous world
